Audio: reports of our death are an exaggeration Pt 1

An audio version of the 17 November newsletter, for premium subscribers

“Since graffiti is done for neither financial reward nor personal acclaim, it is the purest form of art. Discuss.”

Anon (spotted on a toilet wall)

To my great surprise, someone actually downloaded the audio versions of the newsletters I put up last week, so I will box on.

I quite like the idea that the purest art form is one done for neither reward nor acclaim, and ideally never consumed at all, so it is a pity anyone is spoiling it by listening, but I’m gratified all the same.

So, here is the audio recording of Friday’s newsletter.

Enjoy, if you really must!
